Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics, (Industrial) Engineering, or comparable field
- At least three years of relevant professional experience in Operations, Operations Data Analysis, or Site Reliability Engineering
- Initial leadership experience or team building experience in dynamic environment
- Strong technical understanding of hardware and software, solid analytical skills, advanced Excel skills, basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python), and experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Metabase, or Looker)
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1)
