We are Welltower, an S&P 500 company and a world leader in healthcare infrastructure. Our mission is to drive the transformation of healthcare infrastructure by investing with leading seniors housing operators, post-acute providers, and health systems. We aim to fund the real estate and infrastructure needed to scale innovative care delivery models and improve people's wellness and overall healthcare experience. We believe our real estate portfolio is unmatched, situated in highly attractive micromarkets with stunning built environments. However, we see ourselves as more than just a real estate organization; we consider ourselves a product company in a real estate wrapper, driven by relationships and an unconventional culture.

Our approach is rooted in a disciplined strategy for capital allocation, powered by our industry-leading Data Science platform, and superior operating results driven by our operating platform, the Welltower Business System. We've been on a decade-long journey building this proprietary data science and machine learning platform, which was initially powered by machine learning, then deep learning, and now by AI – well before these terms became mainstream. This platform, trained on operating and financial data from over 100 seniors housing operators over the past 15 years, is not replicable and gives us a unique advantage. We strive to deliver long-term compounding of per-share growth and returns for our investors, which is our North Star. We are focused on 'velocity' – not just speed, but speed with direction – to create growing separation from others in the field. Our portfolio includes over 1,500 seniors and wellness housing communities across the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada, positioned at the intersection of housing, healthcare, and hospitality. We also support physicians in our outpatient medical buildings with the critical infrastructure needed to deliver quality care. We are committed to fostering a dynamic and inclusive culture where independent thinking is essential to collective success and where employees are empowered to think and behave like owners.
