The Manager, Executive Compensation & Equity will provide analytical and consultative support on executive and equity compensation matters, including pay analyses, policy interpretation, job evaluations, and competitive benchmarking.
Requirements
- College degree or equivalent experience required
- Extensive experience in compensation, with a strong focus on executive compensation and equity programs
- Demonstrated experience advising senior leaders and managing complex, high‐impact compensation initiatives
- Advanced knowledge of executive compensation and equity program design, governance, and market practices
- Strong analytical, problem‐solving, and judgment capabilities when addressing complex and ambiguous compensation issues
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and influence senior management and cross‐functional partners
- Experience managing large projects and coordinating across multiple stakeholders
- Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences, including executives and board‐level forums
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- Strong proficiency with compensation analytics and related tools
