Senior Solutions Engineer, Mid-Market (East)

We’re looking for a SeniorSolutions Engineer to support our Corporate tier and inspire our customers by helping them understand the art of what’s possible with the Webflow platform. You will uncover customer business and technical priorities, and tell a differentiating story that shows how our solution will help them meet their business objectives. Webflow Solutions Engineers also influence our product direction by championing the customer voice and by staying at the forefront of the digital experience market.

• Our cash compensation amount for this role ranges depending on the cost of labor of the geographic area. The ranges shared below may change if you are hired in another geographic location.

    • Zone A: $153,000 - $194,000
    • Zone B: $145,000 - $184,300
    • Zone C: $138,000 - $174,000
  • Canada (All figures cited below in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada)
    • $174,000 - $222,000

For sales roles, the ranges provided are the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) ranges, meaning that the ranges include both the sales commissions target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Webflow and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’smarket location, job related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills. Benefits/additional compensation for this role may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; retirement plans; health benefits; and wellness stipends

As a Senior Solutions Engineer you’ll …

• Guide Mid-Market customers through the evaluation process of Webflow ensuring that our solution meets key business objectives and technical requirements.
• Partner with both the Account Executives and potential customers through deep discovery, solution design, technical validation and business case development.
• Build effective stories through demonstrations that highlight the benefits of using Webflow to solve key customer objectives and challenges.
• Influence product direction by representing the customer voice while working with product, marketing and sales.

About you

You’ll thrive as a SeniorSolutions Engineer if you have:

• 5+ years of SaaS technical pre-sales experience, ideally but not necessarily in the Web Development, Content Management, or Digital Experience Platform space
• A consultative approach which earns trust and deepens relationships to help customers solve problems
• A general understanding of APIs and web development — HTML, CSS & JavaScript
• An open minded with a bias toward growth, engaging in opportunities to learn, expand your current scope, and consider differing opinions
• Excellent coaching, writing, discovery and presentation skills.
