At Weave, analysts are key strategic thought partners who generate insights to elevate our business across product strategy, customer health, and business growth. In this role, you will play a key part in driving product strategy and decision-making by providing data-driven insights into user behavior, product performance, and market trends. You will collaborate closely with product leaders, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation. Your analysis, recommendations, and dashboards will inspire action within the product organization and impact the company's growth trajectory.
This position will be remote based in Brazil.
Reports to: Director of Data & Insights.
What You Will Own
Product Success Measurement: Defining and measuring product success KPIs (MAU, adoption, retention, churn, etc...) to drive insights and product growth.
Strategic Thought Partnership: Proactively contribute a data-driven perspective to the development and refinement of product strategy, acting as a key thought partner to our product organization.
Data-Driven Product Optimization: Leverage dashboards and data analysis to inform and optimize product strategies, with a strong track record of evaluating the impact of new features and enhancements
Data Analysis and Visualization: Analyze complex data, identify key trends, and communicate findings through clear, impactful visualizations.
Key Dashboards: Develop and maintain key product dashboards using Sigma that improve self-service initiatives across the product organization.
What you will need to accomplish the job
Bachelor's degree in a field such as statistics, computer science, data science, business analytics, or a related technical discipline.
5+ years of product analytics experience, preferably in B2B.
Proficiency in SQL with experience querying complex, large-scale datasets.
Advanced analytics techniques relevant to product analysis, such as behavioral analytics, segmentation, experimentation (A/B testing), and predictive modeling.
Expertise in data visualization principles and proven ability to create clear, compelling, and actionable dashboards and analysis.
Proven experience communicating intricate data insights and strategic recommendations with clarity and conciseness to diverse audiences.
Proven history of owning and driving analytical projects from inception to impactful delivery, managing timelines and identifying opportunities for.
