Responsabilidades

  • Apoiar o aprendizado e o desenvolvimento da equipe de vendas
  • Coordenar com executivos de vendas para gerar e realizar reuniões com leads potenciais
  • Acompanhar e reportar todas as atividades de vendas
    Desenvolver e executar a estratégia comercial por meio de análise de mercado

Qualificações

  • Experiência na gestão de equipes de vendas
  • Experiência em gerar e manter relacionamentos com leads comerciais
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita

Requisitos

  • O candidato deve residir em Belém ou Fortaleza e ter experiência profissional em uma dessas cidades.
  • Deve ter flexibilidade e disponibilidade para viagens.
  • Proficiência em inglês intermediário a avançado é desejável.
  • Experiência na venda de serviços financeiros — como crédito, financiamento ou produtos relacionados — preferencialmente em fintechs ou financeiras.
  • Vivência em operações B2B no setor varejista de telecomunicações.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with sales executives to generate and meet with prospective leads
  • Track and report all sales activities
  • Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis

Qualifications

  • Experience managing sales teams
  • Experience generating and maintaining relationships with sales leads
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Requirements:

  • Candidate must reside in Belém or Fortaleza and have professional experience in one of these cities.
  • Must have flexibility and availability to travel.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is preferred.
  • Experience selling financial services—such as credit, financing, or related products—preferably within FinTechs or finance companies.
  • Background in B2B operations within the telecommunicatio
  • ns retail sector.
