Voltus is looking for a Sales Productivity Specialist to drive efficiency and productivity in the sales organization by developing and implementing best-in-class activation strategies. The role involves proactively identifying gaps or opportunities for sales productivity improvements and collaborating with Sales leaders to deliver on strategy. This is a fully remote position that offers a high degree of autonomy.

- Serve as a conduit between sales team and subject matter experts
- Provide ad-hoc coaching for sales team members
- Implement and improve upon deal data quality processes
