Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Partner collaborates with Virtua leadership to identify trends in healthcare to address Virtua Health’s growth and strategic workforce plan.Works closely with internal clients to understand their recruitment needs and meet their business hiring objectives.Utilize their expertise identifying the highest performing talent and advising on the best candidate talent match for said business.The Talent Acquisition Partner’s role directly aligns with Virtua’s philosophy of attracting top talent to help Virtua grow and flourish as the employer of choice and a leading healthcare organization. Partner within HR to provide seamless delivery of HR Services to the divisions.Modeling Virtua’s Culture of WE by advising and providing guidance to the internal and external Virtua community.
Position Responsibilities:
The Talent Acquisition Partner develops strategic plans in partnership with clients to execute effective, timely service delivery.
Consult with clients to meet or exceed hiring business objectives/metrics, identify/analyze business trends, resolve issues, conduct needs analysis, facilitate frequent client meetings/communications and reporting.
Adheres to recruitment ATS polices and processes by utilizing system for hiring and tracking of candidates and activity.
Drive facilitation of continuous improvement via measurement tools, scorecards, and recruitment analytics.
Will participate in recruitment and networking events.
Position Qualifications Required / Experience Required:
Minimum of three years recruiting.
Experience utilizing recruiting technology required.
Workday knowledge preferred.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement workforce plans.
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Training/Certifications/Licensure:
HR Certificates a plus (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP)
