Overview:
We are building our talent pool of experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeperswho can manage day-to-day financial transactions, ensure accurate records, and support the accounting operations of our clients. This is a great opportunity for professionals who are organized, analytical, and proficient in using accounting tools and systems in a remote setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and categorize daily financial transactions in compliance with U.S. GAAP.
• Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and other financial accounts.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing and collections.
• Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with accountants during audits, tax filing, and financial reviews.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and U.S. accounting standards.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience for U.S.-based clients or companies.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. accounting principles (GAAP) and best practices.
• Experience handling U.S. payroll, taxes, and reconciliations is a plus.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Tools & Software Proficiency:

• QuickBooks, Xero, or FreshBooks (or similar accounting software)
• Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Slack, Zoom, or other remote collaboration tools
• Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a plus
