About the Role

As a Senior Full-stack Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing the core components of a next-generation AI platform for IT teams. You will work closely with the CTO to design and build new product capabilities from the ground up, establish foundational architecture, and contribute to best practices that will scale the engineering organization.

️ What You'll Do

• Design, build, and ship core systems and features that power an applied AI platform for IT teams.

• Collaborate with the CTO and cross-functional teams to define system architecture and long-term product vision.

• Work across the stack (frontend, backend, and infrastructure) using modern technologies.

• Build zero-to-one products, taking ideas from concept to scalable, production-ready systems.

• Contribute to establishing strong engineering processes and high-quality code standards.

• Help shape a culture of technical excellence, ownership, and continuous learning.

What We're Looking For

Experience and Background

• 4+ years of experience as a software engineer working in high-caliber engineering teams.

• Proven experience building zero-to-one systems or products from scratch.

• Background in early-stage startup environments.

• Experience building applied AI products is a plus.

• Degree in Computer Science or related engineering field from a top-tier university.

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with the following technologies: Go, gRPC, Kubernetes, React, TypeScript, AWS, Terraform.

• Strong understanding of scalable system design, distributed systems, and modern development practices.

• Ability to deliver high-quality, reliable, and maintainable code in a fast-paced environment.
