About The Job:
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365CE/ CRM Team Lead you willbe responsible fordesigning, developing, and implementing solutions that enhancethe customerexperience and satisfaction. You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to understand the business needs, define the requirements, and deliver high-quality solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365CE/ CRMand related technologies. You will also provide guidance and best practices on how toleveragethe capabilities and features of Microsoft Dynamics 365CE/ CRMtooptimizethe business processes and workflows.
What you will be doing:
Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end solutions on the D365 CRMplatform, considering business requirements, industry best practices, and future scalability
Analyzing client requirements to design and implement complexCRMsolutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365CRMand Power Platform.
Develop and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365CRMmodules, entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, business rules,plugins,reportsand integrations.
Develop andmaintainintegrations between Dynamics 365CRMand other business systems or System integration andensuringoptimalperformance of solutions.
Define security models and access control strategies, ensuring that the implemented solutioncomplies withrelevant security and data privacy standards
Ensure the quality, performance, security, and scalability ofthe MicrosoftDynamics 365CRM.
Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the alignment of the Microsoft Dynamics 365CRMsolutions with the business needs and expectations.
Debugging and troubleshooting issues in theCRMsystem and providingtimelyresolution to ensure high system availability and performance.
Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members to enhance their skills and knowledge inCRMdevelopment.
Provide documentation, training, and support for the Microsoft Dynamics 365CRMsolutions.
Review code and ensure it conforms to standards.
Oversee the deployment lifecycle of the project, includingplanning forproduction deployments and managing version upgrades.
Stay updated on the latest trends, developments, and best practices in Microsoft Dynamics 365CRMand related technologies.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
At least8yearsof relevant industry experience.
Ability to read a software requirement and produce a technical specification.
Strong understanding of Business process in Sales, MarketingandCustomer Service.
Deep knowledge of Dynamics CRM features and limitations.
Strong knowledge and skills in Microsoft Dynamics 365CRMmodules, entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows,plugins,business rules, and integrations.
On-Premises & Cloud Architecture/ design knowledge & experience
Expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365CRMdevelopment tools andlanguages, such as Power Apps,C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, and REST APIs.
Possess deep knowledge ofbuilddeployment processes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage client-facing communication, tofacilitatecustomer meetings and capture and distribute action items.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
