What You Will Be Doing

  • Understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and system configurations and recommend optimal technology solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Architect, design, and develop scalable enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platform stack including Model-driven Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Establish technical governance frameworks, define standards, and drive best practices and guidelines on Power Platform.
  • Provide thought leadership on new and emerging technologies such as Azure Open AI, Copilot Studio, AI Builder and Copilot Agents.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with other systems using Azure Data Factory Data Flows, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Custom Connectors and REST APIs.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance optimization for Power Apps solutions.
  • Implement Power Platform ALM strategies using tools like Power Platform Build Tools and Azure DevOps to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes, ensuring efficient and reliable application lifecycle management.
  • Develop proof-of-concepts (POC), proof-of-value (POV) activities in client engagements
  • Drive customer workshops presentations in collaboration with the sales teams. Identify and develop solution accelerators reusable components and frameworks.

What We Are Looking

  • For10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ Dynamics 365
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science
  • Professional certification in CRM or to achieve appropriate certification in agreed upon timeframe.
  • Experience in a Technology role working with Microsoft stack (D365 / Power Platform) and cloud application architecture using low-code/no-code app delivery approaches and administration with hands-on core skills of C#, SQL, .Net, D365, CRM SDK, CRM Plugins, Model-driven PowerApps, Power BI, & Power Automate
  • Hands-on experience in implementing and customizing Model driven Power Apps, Canvas Apps on Dataverse and using Power Platform and Azure components such as CoPilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents), AI Builder, Power Automate, Power BI, Azure OpenAI
  • Hands-on experience integrating Power Platform with other systems using Azure services or other API Management platforms
  • Hands-on experience extending Power Platform using custom connectors and PCF controls
  • Hands-on experience of ALM Azure DevOps CI/CD and Pipelines in the context of Power Platform
  • Strong understanding of low-code/no-code solutions market trends and value propositions.
  • Strong presentation skills comfortable with both technical and executive audiences
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex business processes, identify areas of improvement and propose effective solutions.
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft Power Platform components such as Power Platform solution Architect will be a plus.

  • Innovative, open minded and proactive
  • Excellent English skills
