About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Manager to lead our Product Engineering Team of our VeriLoan Loan Origination solution built on Microsoft D365 and the Power Platform This role involves technical leadership, and hands-on oversight of development processes to deliver a scalable high-quality product. The ideal candidate is experienced in designing enterprise-grade applications, driving innovation, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing software engineering team environment.

What you will be doing:

Technical Leadership & Product Engineering Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and guide high-performing product development team of software engineers.
  • Lead the design, development, and architecture of our VeriLoan solution leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Dynamics 365.
  • Design integrations with third-party applications, and data sources like SQL, Core Banking systems and 3rd party external solutions.
  • Drive adoption of CI/CD practices and scalable data solutions for the Power Platform.
  • Provide guidance on technical design, coding standards, and best practices to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable product.
  • Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance evaluations, and professional development activities to foster team growth and accountability.
  • Manage agile processes, including sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives, ensuring successful delivery of product aligned with business objectives.

Strategic Alignment & Innovation:

  • Partner with architects and business stakeholders to create high-level designs and technical roadmaps.
  • Stay updated on advancements in Power Platform, Dynamics 365 and related technologies, evaluating their applicability for our product.
  • Contribute to the execution of the organization’s software engineering strategy, balancing delivery speed, product quality, and production stability.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team and across cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Communicate technical strategies, product updates, and system roadmaps effectively to diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

  • 15+ years of proven hands-on experience with .Net platform, C#, Microsoft Power Platform, including Model Driven Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Power Platform technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of Dataverse, SQL and other data aggregation and modeling tools.
  • Expertise with cloud platforms especially with Microsoft Azure and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Expertise with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Expertise in designing high-availability, scalable solutions with a focus on future technology trends and business impact.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering practical, innovative solutions.
  • Experience addressing challenges related to data integration, performance optimization, and system scalability.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop technical teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
  • Proven success in managing large-scale enterprise projects and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical details into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
