Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field — Master's degree preferred
- Fluency in English is a must; additional languages are a strong advantage
- Certifications preferred: Master Data Management, Project Management, Lean Six Sigma
- Fluent in Business English
- Strong project management track record in complex, multi-site, global environments
- Hands-on experience with supply chain master data in SAP and/or Oracle JDE — material master, BOMs, routings, planning parameters, logistics data
- Proven experience defining data standards, leading cleansing programs, or implementing governance frameworks
- Experience in process analysis, process mapping, and process improvement — ideally applied to data management or supply chain operations
- Experience in a global matrixed organization, leading through influence
- Exposure to data catalogue tools such as Alation or equivalent is an advantage
- Exposure to digital transformation programs (MDM platforms, planning tools, ERP rollouts) is a strong advantage
