Requirements

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field — Master's degree preferred
  • Fluency in English is a must; additional languages are a strong advantage
  • Certifications preferred: Master Data Management, Project Management, Lean Six Sigma
  • Fluent in Business English
  • Strong project management track record in complex, multi-site, global environments
  • Hands-on experience with supply chain master data in SAP and/or Oracle JDE — material master, BOMs, routings, planning parameters, logistics data
  • Proven experience defining data standards, leading cleansing programs, or implementing governance frameworks
  • Experience in process analysis, process mapping, and process improvement — ideally applied to data management or supply chain operations
  • Experience in a global matrixed organization, leading through influence
  • Exposure to data catalogue tools such as Alation or equivalent is an advantage
  • Exposure to digital transformation programs (MDM platforms, planning tools, ERP rollouts) is a strong advantage
