The turn of the century saw further expansion with the purchase of Sona & Hollen Foods, enhancing their capabilities in portion-control packaging. This history of strategic acquisitions, including the dressings, sauces, and mayonnaise business from Cargill and the Canadian sauces and condiments business of Wing's Foods, has been a cornerstone of Ventura Foods' strategy.
