We're seeking an experienced and driven Sales Leader to join Venon.ai. In this role, you will build and lead a high-performing sales team, define revenue strategies, and drive customer acquisition and retention.

You'll play a key part in shaping our sales processes, strengthening client relationships, and accelerating business growth.

Requirements:

  • B2 English Level or higher for executive-level communication.
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong leadership background.
  • Proven experience leading high-performing sales teams in tech, SaaS, or IT services.
  • Strong experience selling AI solutions (Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data/Automation solutions).
  • Demonstrated success managing enterprise and large account sales cycles.
  • Experience selling to North American and/or global markets.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience building, scaling, and optimizing sales processes and teams.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and technical teams.
  • For Sales Engineering leadership: strong technical background and experience leading pre-sales teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute global and regional sales strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing sales and pre-sales teams.
  • Own revenue targets, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Drive enterprise sales initiatives and strategic account growth.
  • Build and optimize sales processes, playbooks, and enablement programs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align go-to-market strategies.
  • Represent the company in high-level client interactions and negotiations.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies.
  • Ensure strong alignment between sales, delivery, and customer success teams.
