We're seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst with strong expertise in SQL Server and T-SQL to join our team.

The ideal candidate will bring solid experience within the Pharmaceutical industry, combined with a deep understanding of Data Governance and Compliance frameworks. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can transform complex data into actionable insights while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices. Qualifications:

  • NativeSpanish or Portuguese language.
  • Strong command of English language (Upper-Intermediate/B2 level or Advanced/C1 level).
  • +5 years of experience working as a Data Analyst, with strong hands-on experience with SQL Server and T-SQL.
  • Professional experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is a Must.
  • Proven experience with data governance and compliance frameworks is a Must.
  • Competency in programming languages for data tasks, such as Python or R.
  • Exposure to cloud-based data warehouse environments (e.g., Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Microsoft Azure Data Solutions) is considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain complex queries, stored procedures, and data models using SQL Server and T-SQL.
  • Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights that support business and clinical decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple sources and systems.
  • Implement and enforce data governance policies, standards, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements relevant to the pharmaceutical industry (e.g., data privacy, audit readiness, validation standards).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, IT, and compliance to define data requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Support data validation, auditing, and documentation processes to meet internal and external regulatory standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within data workflows.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for business users.
  • Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
