We invite a Senior QA Automation Engineer (JavaScript/TypeScript) to join the VeliX team within the Turnkey.

In this role, you will:
- Develop and maintain automated tests (API, UI, integration) using Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript)
- Design, scale, and optimise the automation framework (architecture, reporting, stability)
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines; analyse flaky tests and ensure stability
- Contribute to the testing strategy and define automation coverage for critical functionalities
- Mentor Middle/Junior QA Automation Engineers and promote automation best practices
- Collaborate with Developers and DevOps to optimise the delivery and testing processes
- Perform log analysis, monitor test environments, investigate failures, and support release quality
- Drive automation on multiple levels: contract testing, API, UI, SSR, SDK, integrations
Skills and experience you will need:
- 4-5+ years of experience in QA Automation
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript
- Solid hands-on experience with Playwright (primary framework); familiarity with Cypress or WebdriverIO is a plus
- Strong experience with REST and GraphQL API automation
- Experience with SSR testing, network debugging, and browser log analysis
- Experience building or refactoring large-scale automation frameworks
- Good understanding of CI/CD (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
- Experience with Docker, mock services, and Postman Collections
- Background in systems with many integrations or high-load environments
- Experience in iGaming, fintech, or multi-brand platforms
- Performance testing experience (k6, JMeter, Gatling)
- Cloud experience (AWS or similar)
- Contract testing (Pact)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Kibana, Sentry)
