We invite a Middle QA Automation Engineer (JavaScript/TypeScript) to join the VeliX team within the Turnkey.

In this role, you will:
- Develop and maintain API and UI automated tests using Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript)
- Contribute to the automation framework by implementing new modules and updating existing ones
- Create test cases and participate in test planning
- Execute regular automated test runs and analyse results
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Work closely with developers to investigate defects and validate fixes
- Analyse API/SSR responses, logs, and network events
Skills and experience you will need:
- 2–3+ years of experience in QA Automation
- Hands-on experience with Playwright (JS/TS); knowledge of Cypress/WebdriverIO is a plus
- Good proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with REST API testing; familiarity with Swagger and Postman
- Understanding of Git and CI/CD practices
- Good understanding of HTTP, cookies/session/storage, headers, and CORS
- Basic experience with SSR or a strong interest in learning it
- Experience working with GraphQL
- Integration testing experience
- Basic knowledge of Docker
- Understanding of performance testing
- Experience with cloud environments, Kibana/Grafana
