Turn business need intoclear requirements,user stories, andFigma prototypesthat the engineering team can execute. You will collaborate with clients and internal teamsin Spanish and English, and supportpre‑sales(demos, scoping, estimates).
Responsibilities
- Lead clientdiscovery(interviews, workshops, process mapping) and document findings.
- Writeuser stories,acceptance criteria (Given/When/Then), use cases, andPRD/SRS.
- Designwireframes and interactive prototypesinFigmafor validation.
- Definescope and prioritizationand maintain thebacklog.
- Pre‑sales support:prepare demos/POCs, do high‑level estimates (t‑shirt sizing/story points), and contribute toproposals/SoW.
- Collaborate with Tech Lead, QA, and PM to ensurefeasibility, traceability, and handoff quality.
- Communicate, present, and document in ES/EN(meetings, notes, PRDs, prototypes).
Nice to Have
- Experience inB2B SaaS, integrations (Zoho, Azure, CRM/CPaaS).
- Product analytics exposure.
- Familiarity withZoho Projects/CRM/DeskorZoho Creator.
Tooling
Figma/FigJam, Miro, Jira or Zoho Projects, Confluence/Notion, basic Postman, diagrams.net, etc.
Requirements
- 3–5 yearsasFunctional Analyst / Business Analystin custom software or consulting.
- Portfolio or samples showingFigma prototypesand functional deliverables (PRD/SRS).
- Hands‑on experience writinguser storiesandBDD acceptance criteria.
- Process modelingand functional understanding ofAPIs.
- Client‑facing communication and workshop facilitation.
- Bilingual ES/EN (B2; C1 preferred)— able tolead sessions, document, and presentin both languages.
