Location: Remote – India (25% Travel Required)

As an IT Lead, Quality Applications, you’ll lead critical data operations, analytics, reporting, automation, and Quality system initiatives — driving efficiency, compliance, and data-driven decision making for Quality and Post-Market Surveillance functions globally.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end data operations supporting Quality and Post-Market Surveillance, including data intake, integration, cleansing, validation, transformation, storage, and reporting
  • Design, develop, and maintain operational and management reporting, dashboards, and analytics to support compliance, trend analysis, and business performance
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable data solutions, automation workflows, and process improvements
  • Provide functional and technical support for key Quality applications, including TrackWise, Veeva, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Document Management Systems (DMS)
  • Serve as a key liaison between Quality, Compliance, Regulatory, IT, and business stakeholders to align systems and data solutions with operational needs
  • Support system administration, issue resolution, enhancement requests, testing, validation, change control, and user support
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across data processes, Quality systems, and automation
  • Ensure all data and system processes comply with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, and other regulatory standards
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, training materials, and documentation
  • Mentor team members and promote best practices in data management, reporting, and system support
  • Support enterprise data transformation, governance, and integration initiatives

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, Quality, or related field
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in data operations, analytics, reporting, business systems support, or enterprise data management
  • Strong experience supporting Quality, Post-Market Surveillance, Compliance, or other regulated business processes
  • Hands-on expertise with Quality applications such as TrackWise, Veeva, LMS, and Document Management Systems
  • Proficiency in data integration, validation, quality management, workflow automation, and reporting tools
  • Experience working in GxP / regulated environments (21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, CSV/CSA, GAMP) strongly preferred
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and business audiences
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across global teams and time zones

Compensation:
Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and performance. The typical pay range for this position will align with senior IT leadership roles in the Indian market, with potential for bonuses and incentives plus benefits. Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers a variety of factors including experience level, technical expertise, and local market conditions.
