The PITCH

We’re looking for a Workforce Scheduler to support a short-term project by gathering scheduling data from multiple teams and uploading it into ClickUp, our project management tool. You’ll collaborate with Project Managers, Department Heads, Operations, the People Experience Team, and report directly to the Resource Manager (People Operations).

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate with various teams to collect and update workforce schedules reflecting the planned hours or time estimates.
  • Input and maintain accurate Plan Hours in ClickUp, focusing on short-term plan hours for the upcoming two-week period.
  • Ensure consistency and completeness of plan hours data.
  • Follow up with stakeholders on any missing or conflicting information.
  • Provide regular updates to the Resource Manager on progress and challenges.

Who You Are:

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to follow up professionally.
  • Familiar with ClickUp or similar project management tools (preferred).
  • Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Able to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • 6 months to 1 year experience in workforce scheduling, staffing, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work 4-5 hours/day (3 month contract)
