Job Summary:

Reviews and accurately assigns codes to data sets in accordance with CPPA standards, with regular guidance. **Please note: this is not an IT role**

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinates data processing activities to ensure timely, complete and accurate assignment of codes to survey data.
• Maintains departmental quality, data reliability and ensures productivity standards.
• Assists with aggregation and compilation of data for team review.

TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES

• Data Analysis (Novice): The ability to analyze data in an accurate manner.
• Critical Thinking (Novice): The objective analysis and evaluation of an issue in order to form a judgment.
• Data Entry (Novice): The ability to transcribe information from the original source into an electronic system according to written and verbal instructions efficiently and accurately.
• Quality Assurance (Novice): Understands the goal of increasing organizational productivity and individual performance by making the products and services within your work assignments more efficient and more effective.
• Reading Comprehension (Intermediate): The ability to read text, process it, and understand its meaning.
