About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Software Developer to join our Research & Development team and contribute to building intelligent, scalable solutions that power our workforce management products. This role is ideal for an early-career developer with practical experience integrating AI models, building ML workflows, or implementing intelligent application features.
You will work closely with senior engineers to build, test, and maintain web and backend systems that support vacation planning, shift management, and advanced scheduling—core to our mission of simplifying workforce operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web and backend features using Vue.js and .NET 9
• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining software features that leverage AI and machine learning
• Integrate Azure OpenAI services (GPT-based models, embeddings, etc.) into product workflows
• Collaborate with senior developers to design and implement APIs and services that interact with AI models
• Support data preparation tasks such as cleaning, labeling, and validating datasets
• Translate prototypes into scalable, production-ready applications
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and team discussions
• Write clean, maintainable code using modern frameworks and best practices

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

• Hands-on experience implementing AI/ML features (e.g., integrating Azure OpenAI endpoints, building prompt workflows, or using ML libraries)
• Proficiency in C#/.NET 9 for backend development
• Basic experience with Vue.js for front-end development
• Understanding of MSSQL (2025)—querying, stored procedures, data modeling
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Nice-to-Haves
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Experience building conversational, predictive, or generative AI features using Azure OpenAI
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and model tuning
• Experience building scheduling or workforce management applications
• Familiarity with REST APIs, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines
