We are looking for a Technical Support Representative to join our team in a remote role, providing world-class support to our expanding client base.
Requirements
- Provide world-class support to our expanding client base
- Become a product expert across the entire VALD suite
- Diagnose and resolve issues via phone and email
- Liaise with the VALD team across the world to ensure customer needs are met
- Hold a degree in Engineering or Business Management
- High level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality control
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues efficiently and independently
- Availability to work an offset workweek, including weekends or non-standard hours
