Requirements

• Previous experience with people management and leadership of teams
• Solid experience in Onboarding, Implementation, or Customer Success operations with a customer portfolio
• Strong analytical capacity to follow operational metrics and manage routine
• Excellent executive communication, with the ability to transit between operational and strategic levels
• Experience in structuring or optimizing processes from scratch
• Experience in SaaS companies with accelerated growth (Scale-ups)
