Requirements

• Solid experience in Product Design, proven by a portfolio or cases that demonstrate process, impact, and results.
• Baggage with high-uncertainty projects, including the creation 0→1 of B2B products in complex SaaS platforms, in tech companies with rapid growth.
• Mains-stream profile, autonomous, and collaborative, with proactivity to lead initiatives and support their team whenever necessary to ensure high-quality deliveries.
• Sense of urgency and result-oriented mindset, with high self-management capacity to maintain efficiency and speed without compromising quality.
• Strong business vision and ability to translate strategy clearly to the tactical, balancing long-term vision with consistent deliveries in the short term.
• Sharp critical sense and craftsmanship to deliver high-level results in usability, functionality, and visuality - ensuring simple, accessible, and enchanting experiences that elevate the quality bar of products and bring emotional connection with users.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills, able to engage different areas, influence peers, stakeholders, and inspire the team.
