Uptime.com is seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist to join our remote team.

As a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by improving website conversion rates. You will work closely with our product and design team to plan, execute, and optimize A/B tests and conversion rate optimization strategies across our website and landing pages.

Your goal will be to identify areas for improvement, analyze user behavior, and implement data-driven optimizations to increase conversions and improve the user experience. If you are passionate about conversion rate optimization and have experience in A/B testing and website analytics, we want to hear from you!

Requirements

  • Proven experience in conversion rate optimization and A/B testing.
  • Strong understanding of user behavior, user experience design, and conversion funnels.
  • Proficiency in using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar tools to analyze user behavior and track key metrics.
  • Experience planning, executing, and analyzing A/B tests to drive conversion improvements.
  • Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to implement testing variations and optimizations.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to draw insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and manage time effectively.
  • Experience with SEO optimization and familiarity with search engine ranking factors is a plus.
  • Understanding of SaaS products and the software industry is preferred.
