About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst with strong Project Management skills and deep understanding of banking operations, liquidity risk, and regulatory reporting. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, and risk management functions — ensuring delivery of effective technology solutions that align with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Business Analysis & Solution Delivery
- Collaborate with business users, risk teams, and IT stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications for system enhancements and new developments.
- Support design, testing, and implementation of liquidity risk and treasury management systems.
- Ensure solutions align with regulatory frameworks such as Basel III, LCR (Liquidity Coverage Ratio), NSFR (Net Stable Funding Ratio), and internal risk policies.
- Conduct data analysis and validation to ensure data quality and integrity across liquidity and risk systems.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle — from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, track milestones, manage risks and issues, and report on progress to senior management.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, Finance, Treasury, and Risk departments.
- Ensure adherence to governance, documentation standards, and change management protocols.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services, with a focus on liquidity risk or treasury systems.
- Proven experience managing or coordinating medium to large-scale IT projects.
- Strong understanding of banking products, risk management processes, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as SQL, Power BI/Tableau, JIRA, Confluence, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).
- Familiarity with liquidity and risk platforms (e.g., Moody’s RiskAuthority, QRM, Murex, Finastra, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum preferred.
