We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in ONESUMX solutions and a deep understanding of the banking and financial services domain. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end delivery of ONESUMX projects—including regulatory reporting, risk management, finance transformation, or data integration—ensuring alignment with business goals, compliance requirements, and technology standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage full lifecycle implementation of ONESUMX solutions (Regulatory Reporting, Risk, Finance, or Liquidity).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to define scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and issues while ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Oversee configuration, customization, testing, and deployment of ONESUMX components.
- Coordinate with compliance, finance, risk, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards (e.g., Basel III, IFRS 9, Liquidity Coverage Ratio, etc.).
- Conduct stakeholder meetings, provide project status updates, and ensure transparent communication across all levels.
- Ensure proper documentation of project activities, including requirements, test plans, and post-implementation reviews.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure alignment with contractual deliverables and SLAs.
- Drive process improvements and contribute to best practices in project management and governance.
Requirements
Experience Level: 7+ years
Languages: Vietnamese & English (Both Mandatory)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7+ years of overall experience in project management within banking or financial services.
- Experience in managing projects involving ONESUMX (Finance, Risk, or Regulatory Reporting modules).
- Strong understanding of banking operations, risk management, financial reporting, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven track record in end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology or regulatory projects.
- Excellent knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with data migration, data quality, and ETL processes in banking environments.
- Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) preferred.
