Application Developer (SQL & Delphi)

• Analyze and understand existing custom reports within the system (APM application) to gain comprehensive knowledge of reporting structures and requirements
• Collaborate with BA to identify data requirements and translate business needs into effective SQL queries
• Design and develop new custom reports according to client specifications and established reporting standards
• Work autonomously with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality deliverables

General requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Upper intermediate level of English level
• Likely having 2+ years of experience depending on how fast of your learning and developing technical capability
• Familiar with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban)
• Ability to obtain deep knowledge of the project technologies and work independently with minimum guidance
• Ability to self-learn and adapt to new technologies quickly

Technical requirements:

• Strong proficiency in SQL query development and optimization
• Experience with Delphi programing language and Reporting tools (BI, Tableau, etc)
• Good English communication skills for effective client interaction and requirement gathering
• Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities to solve complex reporting challenges
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
