Our Future Leaders Program

The Unilever Future Leaders Programme (UFLP) is designed to develop tomorrow’s leaders, today.

From day one, you’ll gain hands-on experience working on real business challenges alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry. Through a blend of on-the-job learning, structured training, and mentorship, we’ll help you build the skills and confidence to lead – now and into the future.

It’s fast-paced, challenging, and incredibly rewarding. You’ll be encouraged to take ownership of your development, bring fresh thinking to the table, and make a real impact. In return, you’ll receive the support, exposure, and experience to grow into a purpose-led leader.

The Unilever Future Leaders Programme – Sales (Customer Development)

Our Sales (Customer Development) UFLP designed to grow future commercial leaders. You’ll gain hands-on experience across sales, category management, e-commerce, and customer strategy, working with top retailers and real-time market data. With personalised development, mentorship, and exposure to global best practices, this program equips you to drive growth and deliver purpose-led business results.
