Azure Solution Architect

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for an Azure Solution Architect to join our UniQue team.

What will you be bringing to the team?

• Collaborate with clients to design and implement Azure-based solutions that meet their business needs and requirements
• Lead technical discussions with stakeholders to ensure that all requirements are understood and met
• Design and implement cloud solutions using Azure services, including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure SQL Database, Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure Active Directory, and others
• Develop and present proposals to clients that clearly outline the proposed solution, its benefits, and costs
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• Minimum 4 years of relevant Education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) after the secondary school
• Minimum 6 years experience in Architectural Design and Implementation
• At least 3 years of experience in designing and implementing Microsoft Azure-based solutions (Azure infrastructure, such as virtual machines, storage, networking, and security, as well as experience with Azure services, such as Azure SQL Database, Cosmos DB, App Service, Functions, and Cognitive Services)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Experience with cloud migration and hybrid cloud architectures (cloud migration planning, execution, and optimization)
• Experience with pre-sales activities, including developing proposals, responding to RFPs, and delivering presentations to clients
• Experience with automation and scripting tools e.g. PowerShell and Azure CLI, including experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Chef
• Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements, including experience with Azure security services such as Azure Security Center, Sentinel, and Key Vault
• Strong client-facing skills and experience working with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Εxcellent use of the English language (verbal & written)
