Job Summary
We are seeking experienced IT Operation Support. This role extends beyond APAC support. They should actively contribute to a variety of IT-related functions, management responsibilities, and projects. This entails collaborating on IT projects, such as enhancing and implementing Microsoft 365 cloud infrastructure services. Moreover, their involvement should encompass providing general user support, leading new employee setups, overseeing first-day orientations, managing user terminations, and curating documentation for both internal use and user guidance, covering present and future requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to support requests through ticketing system, email, or MS Teams
- Providing technical assistance with the configuration, setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of PC, Mac, and Linux systems, hardware, and software
- Researching, testing, implementation, and management of Microsoft 365 Cloud services, encompassing multiple systems including Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 Defender, Teams and Microsoft Intune
- Act as an escalation point to Microsoft and other vendors if needed
- Research the organization’s technical problems while devising solutions and implementing plans for full resolution
- Taking ownership of new hire onboarding, first day orientations, & user termination offboarding
- Creating and editing technical documentation and group notes as per company standards and guidelines
Requirements
- Must be fluent both oral and written in English communication
- Demonstrated expertise in assisting remote users through the implementation of various remote support technologies
- Proven experience in effectively managing technical support requests, projects, tasks, and related activities using a comprehensive ticketing system
- Proven experience in supporting hardware both PC, Mac laptops and mobile devices
- Proven experience in supporting software OS Windows 10/11, Adobe Acrobat, Team Viewer, and Office 365 applications
- Should possess Powershell scripting experience
- Must be adept at administering and configuring Microsoft 365 Cloud technologies such as the following:
- General Administration
- Azure AD services
- Exchange Online
- Microsoft Intune
- Microsoft Teams
- SharePoint Online
- Advantage to have any experience below:
- Security management (MFA, Conditional Access policy, etc)
- Policy administration and troubleshooting
