• Technologically fearless and fast to adapt: You aren't tied to yesterday’s stack, toolchain, or playbooks. When AI capabilities, frameworks, or APIs shift, you dive in, figure out how they work, and immediately apply them to solve operational bottlenecks.

• Biased toward leverage over headcount: You look for algorithmic, automated, or architectural solutions before adding manual process. You prefer being part of a tight, high-leverage team that builds systems capable of outperforming traditional agency floors.
