Head of Marketing - Forex / Prop Trading

Salary: €48,000 – €72,000 per annum

This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of a global marketing function from day one. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the entire marketing strategy — from paid acquisition and content creation to community engagement and brand positioning. Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive go-to-market and growth marketing strategy.
• Lead and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, affiliates, influencers).
• Develop and execute a high-impact content strategy covering blogs, social media, educational resources, and video content.
• Build and grow active trading communities on platforms such as Discord, Telegram, and X (formerly Twitter).
• Set clear KPIs, track campaign performance, and continually optimise for ROI.
• Collaborate closely with product and operations teams to ensure marketing is aligned with the full user journey.
• Manage marketing budgets and external resources (freelancers, agencies, creators).

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in digital or growth marketing roles.
• Proven expertise in paid marketing, content strategy, and community engagement.
• Strong advantage: direct experience in the prop trading space or strong familiarity with trader behaviour and trading communities.
• Background in fintech, trading, affiliate marketing, or performance-driven environments is preferred.
• Analytical thinker with the ability to derive insights and turn them into strategic action.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote-first, startup-like environment.
