Our client is a premier, high-growth international Forex brokerage with a strong and expanding presence across global markets. With a focus on exceptional customer experience and world-class trading support, they are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join their multilingual team.
This role is ideal for a service-driven professional with experience in FX/CFD trading support, fluent in English and one additional language (preferably Malaysian/Indonesian or Arabic).

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, assisting them with account setup, platform usage, and troubleshooting. You will handle queries through ticketing and helpdesk systems, ensure smooth onboarding processes, and deliver an outstanding client experience in a fast-paced trading environment.
The successful candidate will combine strong technical knowledge of trading platforms with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities- Provide multilingual customer support via email, chat, and phone
- Assist clients with onboarding, KYC verification, and account maintenance
- Support clients with MT4/MT5 trading platform queries and troubleshooting
- Manage and resolve customer issues through ticketing and helpdesk systems
- Escalate technical or compliance-related issues to relevant teams when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems
- Deliver a high standard of customer care to ensure satisfaction and retention
Requirements- 2–3 years of experience in customer support within FX/CFD trading or financial services
- Fluency in English plus one additional language (preferably Arabic or Malaysian/Indonesian)
- Strong knowledge of MT4/MT5 platforms
- Experience supporting KYC and client onboarding processes
- Familiarity with ticketing or helpdesk systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have- Experience with CRM integrations and workflows
- Exposure to affiliate/IB support functions
- Background in fintech or crypto customer service
- Additional languages (Arabic, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Indonesian/Malaysian, Indian regional)
