This role is ideal for a creative and data-driven marketing professional with experience in FX/CFD or financial services, looking to play a key role in digital campaign execution and brand growth.
Description
As a Marketing Specialist, you will design, manage, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across paid media, social channels, and affiliate networks. You will work closely with sales and product teams to ensure campaigns align with growth goals and compliance standards, while helping to expand the brand into new global markets.
The successful candidate will combine strong knowledge of paid advertising platforms with hands-on experience in social media, influencer, and affiliate management.
Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms
- Manage content creation and scheduling for social media channels to increase brand visibility
- Support affiliate and IB marketing channels, building relationships with partners and influencers
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse KPIs, and produce reports for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
- Ensure compliance with advertising regulations (ESMA, FCA, etc.) in campaign execution
- Explore opportunities for expansion in key regions such as SEA, MENA, and LatAm
Requirements- 3–5 years of marketing experience within FX/CFD, fintech, or financial services
- Strong knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok)
- Hands-on experience with social media management and content marketing
- Experience managing affiliate and influencer campaigns
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance and adjust campaigns accordingly
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
Nice to Have- SEO/SEM experience in the finance sector
- Knowledge of compliance requirements for financial marketing (ESMA, FCA)
- Experience executing campaigns in SEA, MENA, or LatAm regions
- Additional languages for content localisation and regional engagement
