Account Manager

A leading company in the financial technology (Fin-tech)sector is looking for an Account Manager to join their team. This person will play a crucial role in guiding new users through the onboarding process, answering their questions, and providing exceptional customer support. Also, the Account Manager will liaise with the product development team to address any user queries regarding the company's products, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboarding Assistance: Guide new users through the registration process and assist them in paying the joining fee.
• Customer Support: Serve as the main point of contact for customer support, answering questions and resolving issues during the onboarding process.
• Product Liaison: Work closely with the product development team to address user questions and feedback about our products.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years in customer service.
