  • Recevoir des instructions sur la collaboration avec les services commerciaux, juridiques et financiers pour élaborer et gérer les contrats de l'entreprise
  • Instaure la confiance, la transparence et la fidélité auprès des contacts clients ; évalue le niveau d'engagement des clients envers UL et transmet les commentaires en interne, le cas échéant
  • Met en relation le personnel client avec le personnel UL concerné (gestionnaires de comptes, directeurs commerciaux/directeurs des ventes internes, équipes de livraison et ingénieurs, etc.), le cas échéant
  • Prend en charge divers problèmes liés aux produits, aux investissements et aux aspects techniques et assure une résolution complète du point de vue du client
  • Collaborer avec les ressources internes jusqu'à ce qu'un problème soit résolu et communiqué au client
  • Fournir des informations au responsable de compte, au directeur des ventes et aux directeurs des ventes internes (le cas échéant) sur la compréhension approfondie des besoins du client, le cas échéant
  • Review of private and public bids available on site; familiar with RFP’s
  • Supports account managers and owners by performing administrative-related tasks
  • Follows existing procedures around how to coordinate with corporate legal and risk regarding contract reviews to ensure efficient processing and client satisfaction
  • Ensure that necessary data is input to the proper data repository.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all necessary information is collected and approved as part of the contract process.
  • Receives instructions around how to work with Sales, Legal, and Finance Departments to develop and administer the company’s contracts.
  • Builds trust, transparency, and loyalty with customer contacts; gauges customers’ levels of engagement with UL and directs feedback internally when appropriate
  • Connects customer personnel to relevant UL personnel (account managers, Sales Executive/Inside Sales Executives, delivery teams and engineers etc.) when applicable
  • Takes ownership of a variety of product, investment, and technical issues and ensure complete resolution from the customer’s perspective
  • Collaborates with internal resources until an issue is resolved and communicated to customer
  • Provides input to account manager, Sales Executive/Inside Sales Executives, (where appropriate) about deep understanding of customer needs, where applicable
  • Diplôme universitaire ou equivalent
  • Expérience de la relation client (principalement interne) et capacité à répondre adéquatement à leurs besoins
  • Parfaitement bilingue (anglais et français)
  • Familiarité avec les réglementations et processus contractuels, ainsi qu'avec les appels d'offres
  • Connaissance pratique de Microsoft Excel, de l'analyse de données, de la gestion de la relation client et des systèmes financiers
  • Grand souci du détail et capacité à suivre simultanément divers projets en cours
  • Capacité démontrée à penser de manière analytique et à travailler de manière autonome
  • Compétences multitâches et organisationnelles essentielles
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en développement de relations
  • Sens aigu du service client et présentation professionnelle, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral
  • Capacité à collaborer et à travailler en équipe

Ce que nous offrons:

  • University Degree or equivalent. Experience in dealing with clients (mainly internal) and ability to respond appropriately to their needs.
  • Must be fully bilingual in English and French.
  • Familiarity with contract regulations/processes, RFP’s
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Data Analytics, CRM, and Financial Systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up on a variety of on-going projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrates ability to think analytically and work independently. Multi-Tasking and Organizational skills are key.
  • Strong communication/relationship building skills.
  • Customer focused with a professional presentation in both written and oral communication.
  • Ability to collaborate with others; work in a team environment.
