About the Role
Our client, an an award-winning studio for applied research and design company is seeking an experienced UX Designer to help bring their innovative product idea to life. This is a contract role where you'll work closely with our product team to create a clickable prototype showcasing a key use case for their solution aimed at helping large-scale landowners leverage satellite data for efficient water resource allocation.
Responsibilities:
- Wireframe the core user flows and screens for the specified use case
- Source relevant photos, icons, and digital assets required for the prototype
- Design a clean and visually appealing user interface, adhering to best practices
- Create a clickable Figma prototype that demonstrates the envisioned user experience
- Ensure the prototype delivers a delightful and intuitive experience for the target user
- Incorporate a "wow factor" to captivate potential investors and stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile app projects
- Proficiency in prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
- Excellent visual design skills with an eye for clean, modern aesthetics
- Ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive user experiences
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities
- Familiarity with design principles, usability best practices, and mobile UX patterns
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
