About the Role

We are seeking a freelance character artist for a quality game art outsourcing studio for the games industry. The role involves creating high-quality character models and textures for various gaming projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the team, work within UK time zones, and exhibit strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Professional experience creating a range of characters with a portfolio showcasing examples of Low and High Poly assets and characters.
• Proficiency in digital sculpting, modeling, UV mapping, and texturing.
• Experience with software tools like Maya, Marvelous Designer, Substance Painter, Zbrush, Photoshop, Blender.
• Experience working with Realtime engines such as Unreal and Unity.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Some experience with hard surface modeling.
