Twilio is seeking a Technical Support Engineer (EMEA) to support customers using Twilio's platform. This role involves troubleshooting, resolving customer issues, collaborating with technical teams, and maintaining knowledge on industry trends. Responsibilities include acting as a subject matter expert for Twilio's APIs and SDKs, providing excellent communication skills, and contributing to process improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Technical Support Experience or similar relevant experience
  • Full-Stack Javascript Tech Support experience with capabilities to troubleshoot server-side code
  • Good understanding of OOP concepts
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to stand in customer’s shoes and demonstrate customer experience
