This position is crucial for smooth software implementation and enhancing customer satisfaction through technical support. You will support pre-sales and post-sales processes by conducting discovery calls, leading software demonstrations, and managing technical aspects of Proof of Concepts. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in z/OS performance analysis and demonstrate the ability to analyze mainframe performance data to deliver business solutions. [Remote] Technical z/OS Performance Consultant Responsibilities

• Participate in discovery calls, software demos, and Proof of Concepts
  • Support data collection and software setup for implementations
  • Manage technical account ownership for assigned clients
  • Analyze performance of z/OS Systems and various subsystems
  • Develop and implement remediation plans for performance issues
  • Provide 2-3 product technical support to customers
  • Train customers on product use and performance optimization
  • Create technical content, including white papers and webinars

[Remote] Technical z/OS Performance Consultant Qualifications

• 2+ years of z/OS performance analysis experience required
  • Familiarity with SMF, RMF, and associated performance data required
  • Ability to analyze and interpret mainframe performance data required
