Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 + uncapped commission (1st yr OTE: $100k-$125k; 2nd/3rd yr: $200k+)

[HYBRID] Sales Representative (Manufacturing exp req) Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new sales opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM software
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Communicate the features and benefits of products
• Research, build, and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers
• Contact and meet with existing and potential customers
• Investigate and resolve customer issues

- 5+ years of sales experience required
• Proven hunting/prospecting business development experience required
• Experience in manufacturing or chemical sales required
