The role will involve supporting Regional Sales Leadership, leading complex solution architecture discussions, and driving technical pre-sales activities across the MEA region.
Requirements
- Pre-Sales Technical Engagement
- Daily support to the Regional Sales Leader
- Maintain deep understanding of the competitive landscape
- Provide ongoing technical guidance to the sales team
- Develop comprehensive customer profiles
- Create detailed technical proposals
- Represent the company at industry conferences
- Be familiar with customer roadmap and highlight possible risks and opportunities
- Inform customer of new features and functionality
- Serve as primary technical point of contact for customers
- Proactively identify opportunities to optimise deployed solutions
- Represent customer technical requirements and feedback to Product Management and Engineering teams
- Take responsibility for the resolution or provision of satisfactory answers to reported problems
