United States onlyWe are looking for a Semi-Senior Full-stack Engineer to join a product-focused engineering team building internal platforms that support finance, compliance, and commissions workflows within the real estate space.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript for backend application development.
- Strong frontend development experience with React or Vue.
- Solid working knowledge of Python and experience with frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
- Experience building modern full-stack web applications and APIs.
- Experience working with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other relational databases.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhook integrations, and third-party API consumption.
- Experience working with AWS or Azure cloud environments, with AWS preferred.
- Exposure to RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems or MCP (Model Context Protocol) services.
- AI-Augmented Development: You don’t just use AI for chat; you have a demonstrated ability to use Claude Code (or equivalent agentic tools) for non-trivial architectural and coding tasks.
- Experience working independently in a remote-first, async engineering environment.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
