Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience building, deploying, and maintaining high-performance backend applications or APIs in Rust
• Deep familiarity with Rust best practices, including asynchronous programming, advanced trait design, and safe concurrency
• Strong competency in Python, with the ability to read, profile, and reverse-engineer existing complex codebases
• A proven track record of designing scalable, resilient distributed systems and low-latency RESTful or gRPC APIs
• Practical experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and deploying high-availability services in cloud environments
