Requirements
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python/Django to ensure scalability and performance.
- Lead architectural decisions to transition from a monolithic system to modular, cloud-native solutions.
- Integrate and optimize AWS services such as Lambda, RDS, and S3 to enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with a cross-functional squad (product manager and engineers) to deliver impactful features.
- Contribute to decomposing the existing platform into microservices that support future products, including the 2026 mobile app.
- Identify technical improvements in architecture, code quality, and processes, proposing well-founded solutions.
- Promote open communication, shared ownership, and alignment across development cycles.
