Truelogic is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead the development of next-generation multimodal and generative AI systems. The role involves designing, building, and deploying models that understand and generate content across text, images, and audio.

Requirements

• Design, build, and deploy multimodal AI systems across text, image, audio, and cross-modal retrieval/generation use cases.
• Implement, fine-tune, and optimize modern generative architectures including Diffusion Models, Transformers, and GANs.
• Collaborate with research, product, and MLOps teams to translate state-of-the-art research into scalable production applications.
• Architect and manage end-to-end ML pipelines including data processing, training, evaluation, serving, and monitoring.
• Develop and apply model-adaptation techniques such as LoRA, P-Tuning, and full fine-tuning to customize foundation models.
• Optimize models for inference through quantization, pruning, distillation, and compilation to improve performance and cost efficiency.
• Conduct rigorous experiments and maintain reproducibility standards for models, datasets, and pipeline components.
• Stay current with emerging research and propose innovative approaches to improve multimodal system performance.
